摘 要:[目的]研究野生花脸香蘑子实体多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。[方法]采用热水浸提法提取野生花脸香蘑子实体多糖,通过单因素试验研究浸提时间、浸提温度、料液比、提取次数对多糖得率的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,进行正交试验获得最佳提取工艺。[结果]在提取次数为2次的前提下,野生花脸香蘑子实体多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提温度65℃,料液比1∶40(g/ml),提取时间5h;在此条件下,提取花脸香蘑子实体水溶性多糖,得率为10.39%。[结论]试验优选了野生花脸香蘑子实体多糖的提取工艺条件,为野生花脸香蘑多糖的生产提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the optimal extracting condition of polysaccharides from wild Lepista sordida. [ Method ] The pol- ysaccharide was extracted from wild L. sordida by using hot water extraction method. Effects of four single factors, different extraction temperature, the ratio of raw material and water, different extraction time, and extraction times, on the yield of polysaccharide were determined. And then, one orthogonal test was conducted so as to obtain the optimal extraction technique by evaluating the yield. [ Result] Based on 2 extraction times, the optimum extraction technique for polysaccharides from wild L. sordida was extraction temperature 65℃, material to water ratio 1:40 (g/ml) and extraction time was five hours. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of wild L. sordida polysaccharides could reach 10.39%, [ Conclusion] The result provides theoretical basis for the study and production of wild L. sordida polysaccharides.
