摘　　要：通过对北京市家禽养殖场户的培训频率、培训内容、培训方式、养殖场户对未来家禽行业的看法以及养殖场户的生产管理需求的调研,系统的分析了目前的培训和需求现状,对进一步完善北京市创新团队队伍建设,解决"最后一公里"提出建议。The research advances in training and requirements in current situation were systematically discussed from several aspects including training frequency, content and method, the view of the future of poultry industry, and production management requirements. Therefore, we can put forward the proposal about improving the team building and solving ＂The final kilometer＂.
