摘　　要：主要流传于苏北地区的淮剧,其近现代诞生以来的发展过程,在中国二三百个剧种中具有典型意义。它根基于该地区发达的民间歌舞,因接受了成熟剧种徽剧的艺术营养而迅速成长。它至今仍有旺盛的生命力,乃是它的部分班社来到上海之后,受到大都市文化的哺育,与时俱进,然后又引导着整个淮剧的前进方向。它的发展道路,能给今日戏曲振兴事业有益的启示。Huai opera is mainly spreading in north Jiangsu province, and its generation and development in modem times has a typical significance among two and three hundred operas. Originated from folk singing and dancing, it rapidly grew up through absorbing the artistic nutrition of matured opera Hui opera. After it moved in Shanghai, it be- gan to be impacted by metropolitan culture, and today it still vigorously exists. Its way of development could give a lot of beneficial enlightenment to the opera cause.
