摘  要:目的 探讨血清VEGF及Ang-2与COPD的相关性,为COPD的临床诊断及治疗提供依据.方法 选择COPD患者160例,稳定期120例(轻度、中度、重度各40例)、急性加重期40例,同时选择同期健康体检者40例作对照.比较各组血清VEGF、Ang-2水平.结果 COPD稳定期中度、重度患者血清VEGF明显低于健康对照组,随着严重度的增加而逐渐降低,急性加重期患者则明显高于对照组(P< 0.05);COPD稳定期不同严重度的患者血清Ang-2水平均高于对照组,但各严重度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),急性加重期患者则明显高于稳定期各严重度患者及对照组(P<0.05);急性加重期患者肺功能低于稳定期轻度、中度组患者及健康对照组(P<0.05),但高于重度组患者.结论 VEGF、Ang-2水平在COPD急性加重患者血清中明显增加,有可能作为COPD急性发作的早期诊断及监测的生物标志物.Objective To investigate the correlation between serum VEGF and angiopoietin-2 and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),to provide basis of clinical diagnosis and treating COPD.Methods 160 patients with COPD were selected,in which there were 120 patients during stable stage (mild,moderate,severe had respective 40 cases),acute exacerbation had 40 cases.During the same period 40 healthy persons were selected as control group,serum VEGF,Ang-2 levels were compared.Results Serum VEGF of moderate,severe patients in COPD stable period were significantly lower than those in healthy control group,with severity increasing,it decreased gradually,that of acute exacerbation was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05); the serum Ang-2 of patients with different severity of COPD was higher than that in control group in stability period,but had no significant difference between respective severity (P > 0.05),the serum Ang-2 of patients in acute exacerbation was significantly higher than that of stabile patients or of control group (P < 0.05); lung function of patient in acute exacerbation was lower than that of patients of mild,moderate group in stable stage and healthy control group (P < 0.05),but higher than that of severe patients in stable stage.Conclusion Serum VEGF,Ang-2 level increased significantly in acute exacerbation patients with COPD,they could be used as biomarkers of early diagnosis and monitoring in acute exacerbations of COPD.
