早期综合治疗对急性重度有机磷农药中毒并发急性胰腺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析早期综合治疗对急性重度有机磷农药中毒并发急性胰腺炎的疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院于2010年1月至2013年1月接收的急性重度有机磷农药中毒并发胰腺炎13例临床资料,13例患者均进行早期综合治疗.结果 11例患者抢救成功,2例患者死亡,死亡率15.4％,死亡原因为：1例患者合并急性重症胰腺炎,呼吸衰竭死亡,1例经全力抢救,合并多器官功能衰竭（mods）死亡,11例患者症状消失时间（12.3±2.1）d,胆碱酶活性恢复正常时间（10.6±2.4）d,2例患者转至外科性胆囊摘除手术.结论 急性有机磷农药中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者病情严重、变化复杂,且二者部分症状相似,临床应重视对急性胰腺炎的诊断并给予早期的综合性治疗.Objective To analyze the efficacy of early comprehensive treatment on acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning combined with acute pancreatitis.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried to 13 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticides patients from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital.Results All patients underwent early comprehensive treatment,11 patients with successful treatment,2 patients died,the mortality rate was 15.4％,1 patient with acute pancreatitis,respiratory failure and death,1 patient with multiple organ failure （mods） death after rescue,symptoms time of 11 patients was （12.3 ± 2.1） d,cholinergic activity returned to normal time was （10.6 ± 2.4） d,2 patients turned to surgery gallbladder with removal surgery.Conclusions Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning combined with acute pancreatitis is severe,complicated,complex changes in condition,and there are some similar symptoms in the two kinds of diseases,clinicians should pay attention and give early comprehensive treatment in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning combined with acute pancreatitis.
