椎动脉颈椎病的综合治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨颈动脉颈椎病综合治疗手段和护理对策.方法 选取2012年6月至2013年6月期间在本院接受颈动脉颈椎病治疗的患者124回顾性分析比较不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率例,施以药物治疗、颈椎牵引、推拿和物理疗法等综合治疗,另给予相应的优质护理服务.观察治疗效果.结果 经过几疗程的综合治疗和精心的优质护理,本组124例患者中治愈86例（69.4％）,显效25例（20.2％）,有效13例（10.5％）,无效0例（0.0％）,总有效率为100％,具有显著的疗效.结论 应用综合疗法、辅以全面优质的护理服务治疗椎动脉颈椎病能够取得显著的临床治疗效果,综合疗法是椎动脉颈椎病的首选治疗方法,值得在临床推广应用.Objective To investigate treatment method and nursing measure of the comprehensive treatment to cervical carotid artery disease.Methods In our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013,124 cases of cervical patients with carotid artery disease were treated,impose drug therapy,cervical traction,massage and physical therapy combined therapy,and furthermore given with the appropriate quality care.Then the treatment effect was observed.Results After a few cycles of combined therapy and careful quality care,among 124 patients of this group,86 （69.4％） patients were cured,25 （20.2％） cases excellent,effective in 13 （10.5％） cases,0 （0.0％） patients with no effect,the total effective rate was 100％,with a significant effect.Conclusion The combination therapy,supplemented by a comprehensive quality care treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery can achieve significant clinical effect,combination therapy is the preferred treatment for cervical vertebral artery disease,worthy of clinical application.
