康复护理在半髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用康复护理对半髋关节置换术患者的恢复和预后情况的影响效果.方法 本研究选取在我院行半髋关节置换术的患者共60例,采用随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用康复护理,进行术前护理、早期介入日常生活能力（ADL）训练和出院护理,对照组采用一般常规护理,对比两组患者对护理的满意度、并发症发生率、日常生活能力评分情况.结果 观察组相比对照组,对院方护理的满意度有显著提高（90.00％vs73.33％）,并发症发生率显著下降（36.67％vs76.67％）,并且日常生活能力评分较高[（53.49±8.35） vs（47.23±8.49）],两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 康复护理能提高半髋关节置换术患者的日常生活能力和降低并发症.Objective To study the effect of application of rehabilitation nursing to recovery and prognosis in patients with hemiarthroplasty.Methods 60 patients with hemiarthroplasty were selected in our hospital randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing including pre-operative care,early intervention in activities of daily living （ADL） and nursing care during discharge,control group used conventional care,efficacy in nursing satisfaction,complication rates,ADL score in two groups were compared.Results The hospital nursing satisfaction of the observation group had more significantly improved than the control group,showing a significant reduction in the incidence of complications,and ADL score significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing could improve the ADL and prognosis of patients with hemiarthroplasty.
