摘 要:为了解苎麻杂种优势在生产上的应用价值 ,研究了 9个苎麻杂交组合 F1 代的经济性状、原麻产量及纤维支数的杂种优势 ,分析了各性状与亲本间的相关性 .结果表明 ,苎麻杂种优势以原麻产量最为突出 ,所有组合都超过中亲值 ,其中亲优势幅度为 4.36 %~ 31.5 2 %,有 7个组合超过了大值亲本 ,幅度为 1.0 5 %~ 2 3.2 0 %.增产的主要原因是麻茎的增粗和增高 ,其他经济性状的作用甚微 .纤维支数无优势 .F1 代产量及经济性状与中亲值、母本、大值亲本等相关达显著或极显著水平 ,单株产量与中亲值相关最大 ,r =0 .935 7.F1 代纤维支数不仅与中亲值高度相关 ,r=0 .9376 ,而且其群体平均值接近中亲值 ,主要受加性遗传效应的影响 ,回归方程 y =- 5 .41+ 0 .96 98x.The economic traits,fibre product and fibre fineness of 9 hybrid combinations' F 1 generation were studied;and the correlation between the traits and their parents were analysed.The results show that the heterosis on fibre production was the most outstanding,for all combinations have mid parent heterosis by 4.36% to 31.52%.Furthermore the productions of 7 combinations surpass that of HP by 1.05% to 23.2%,the reason of which is the increase of stem height and diameter,but not other economic traits.No combination showed heterosis on fibre fineness.Combinations had significantly and extremely significantly positive correlation with MP,female parent and HP.The individual production was most highly correlated with MP,and the coefficient was 0.935 7.Not only the fibre fineness of combinations had a correlation of 0.937 6 with MP,but also the mean value of their populations is close to MP with a regression equation:y=-5.41+0.969 8x(MP).This is mainly influenced by additive action of genes;and its heteritability was reliable for progeny pre testing.
