摘  要:目的:探讨四维彩超诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法:对到我院就诊的15080例中晚期孕妇进行常规产科超声检查,对疑似发生胎儿畸形的孕妇分别进行二维超声以及四维超声检查,并与临床病理证实结果对比分析。结果:经临床证实共143处畸形,其中神经系统23处;胸腹腔积液15处;四肢骨骼17处;泌尿生殖系16处;胸腹壁缺损9处;皮肤水肿13处;颜面部32处;心脏17处;消化系统1处;四维超声胎儿畸形的诊断符合率明显高于二维超声,其中87处属于体表畸形,四维超声诊断体表畸形符合率同样明显高于二维超声。结论:相比于二维彩超,四维彩色超声在诊断胎儿面部、四肢以及脊柱等体表畸形方面具有明显优势,诊断胎儿畸形符合率较高。Objective: To explore the clinical application value of four dimensional colour ultrasound diagnosis for fetal deformity. Methods:Our hospital received 15080 cases of middle-late stage pregnant women for antenatal examination, to a suspected malformation fetus of pregnant women respectively for two dimensional ultrasound and four dimensional ultrasound, and compared with the result of clinical pathology confirmed. Results:A total of 143 confirmed by clinical abnormalities, of which 23 cases in the nervous system; 15 cases thorax and abdomen effusion;17 cases limb bones;16 cases urogenital system;9 cases thoracic abdominal wall defect;13 cases skin edema;32 cases facial;17 cases heart;1 cases digestive system;four dimensional colour ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate of fetal abnormalities was obviously higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound, 87 of which belong to the body surface deformity, four dimensional colour ultrasound diagnosis of surface deformity coincidence rate was also significantly higher than two dimensional ultrasound. Conclusion: Compared with two dimensional colour ultrasound diagnosis, four dimensional color ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal facial deformity, extremities and spine body surface has obvious advantages, the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities coincidence rate is higher.
