百多邦局部涂敷治疗应用静脉留置针后导致静脉炎的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察百多邦局部涂敷治疗应用静脉留置针后导致静脉炎的效果。方法:将46例应用静脉留置针后导致的静脉炎患者随机分2组。百多邦用药组常规静脉留置针静脉炎护理加百多邦局部涂敷,对照组仅常规静脉留置针静脉炎护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗3天百多邦用药组治愈20例,对照组治愈10例,百多邦用药组治愈例数显著多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用百多邦软膏外敷治疗静脉留置针引起的静脉炎证实可以快速减轻患者症状。Objective：To observe the application of Tirocinium ointment topical treatment of phlebitis due to venous indwelling needle after effect. Methods： 46 cases of intravenous indwelling needle used to phlebitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group convention phlebitis of nursing and Tirocinium ointment topical, control group only received routine nursing care of phlebitis. Observation of curative effect in two groups. Results：The curative effect of therapeutic group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using Tirocinium ointment topical therapy of intravenous indwelling needle used to phlebitis curative effect remarkable, is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with.
