糠酸氟替卡松喷雾剂治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糠酸氟替卡松喷雾剂治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效;比较糠酸氟替卡松喷雾剂与传统喷剂雷诺考特(布地奈德鼻喷雾剂)治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:将80例患过敏性鼻炎儿童按入院先后随机平均分为二组,分别给予糠酸氟替卡松鼻腔喷雾剂和雷诺考特(布地奈德鼻喷雾剂)。观察两组治疗前后各项相关指标的变化及临床总体疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗30天后,经糠酸氟替卡松治疗的患儿症状体征的改善率为85.5%,糠酸氟替卡松对所有患儿均有效,其中显效率高达90.0%,其症状体征改善率、总有效率和显效率均高于雷诺考特治疗的患儿,差异显著(P<0.01),且在治疗期间未发现不良反应情况,雷诺考特组患儿有不良反应病例报告。结论:糠酸氟替卡松喷雾剂能有效的控制患儿的临床症状和体征,副作用小,且其装置设计和气味相对于传统喷剂均有明显改进,患儿易于接受,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Fluticasone furoate for child allergic rhinitis. Methods：80 children with this disease were randomly and averge divided into two groups when hospitalization and were treated with Fluticasone furoate and Rhinocort,respectively. Then, the changes of associated indexes and total effective rates, as well as the adverse effects, were compared between the groups following the treatment. Results：After treating with Fluticasone furoate for 30 days, the improvement rate of the symptoms and physical signs was 85.5%, the total effective rate was 100%, and the excellence rate was 90.0%, all the three indexes were higher than aother group （P〈0.01）. Furthermore,no adverse effects were observed. Conclusion：Fluticasone furoate can control the symptoms in pars nasalis and eyes more effectively, and it is comfortable and convenient for patients, with few adverse effects. It＇s worthy to spread application in clinical.
