新力正骨喷雾剂治疗踝关节扭挫伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察新力正骨喷雾剂治疗踝关节扭挫伤的临床疗效。方法：入选2010年2月-2013年2月笔者所在科室就诊的140例踝关节扭挫伤患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各70例，治疗组患者应用新力正骨喷雾剂，对照组患者应用云南白药气雾剂。结果：治疗组患者经治疗后痊愈11例，显效46例，有效10例，无效3例，总有效率为95.71%，与对照组比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：新力正骨喷雾剂治疗踝关节扭挫伤临床疗效满意。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xin Li orthopedic spray in the treatment of ankle sprain.Methods：140 patients with ankle sprain in the author department from February 2010 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.70 cases in the treatment group were given Xin Li orthopedic sprays, patients in the control group were given Yun Nan Bai Yao aerosol.Results：There were 11 cases recovered,46 cases effective,10 cases valid and 3 cases invalid after treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.71%,there was no significant difference compared with the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Xin Li orthopedic spray in the treatment of ankle sprain was desirable.
