摘 要:本文从甜菜生育期块根及其含糖率增长机制角度,研究了供试国外品种和国内品种产质量差异产生的原因。结果表明:供试国外品种较国内品种增产5.00%-14.13%,但含糖率明显低于国内品种0.75-1.66个百分点(糖度)。生育早期块根生长较快,后期增长量较大以及糖分积累速度较慢,是国外品种产量较高而含糖率较低的原因;而国内品种生育早期块根生长量较慢,后期增长量较小以及糖分积累速度较快,是形成产量较低而含糖率较高的原因。从而为改善国外品种品质和提高国内品种产量提供了理论基础和改进技术依据。Six commonly used sugar beet varieties in China are used to study the root weight and sugar content. Three of thevarieties are local; other three are internationally found in German and the Netherlands. The results show that international varieties have 5.00 - 14.1% higher root weight than that of local species, while the sugar content rate is 0.75 - 1.66% lower than local species. In the earlier developmental phase, international varieties'root weight increases quickly until the late phase. The fast growth leads to slow ac- cumulation of sugar content, which is a major reason for the low sugar content of international species compared to the slow growth and faster accumulation of sugar in local varieties. Therefore, the ideal balance between the root weight and sugar content can be a refer- ence for improving the quality of the sugar beet varieties.
