防御宗教势力向新疆高校渗透的对策研究

摘　　要：宗教作为一个思想体系,以其政治、文化、社会控制、慰藉等功能,通过济困助贫、捐资助学、心理治疗和慰藉等途径,呈现出多方位、专业化等特点在向新疆高校渗透。成因是国际国内形势新变化为其提供了一定条件;贯彻落实"宗教信仰自由政策"过程为其提供了较宽松的社会环境;宗教慰藉功能使大学生面对不能解决的现实问题时产生信念动摇;防御和反渗透意识有待不断加强;宗教组织利用一切机会进行渗透;受家庭影响等。提出加强理论教育;加强制度建设,切实做好宗教渗透具体环节防范管理;加大网络监管力度,做好思政网站建设;加强基层党(团)组织建设,发挥基层组织战斗堡垒作用,为抵制宗教渗透锻造坚强组织力量;积极开展思想教育实践活动等对策。Being an ideological system, the religion has the functions of politics, culture, social control and comfort. It is multi-directionally and professionally infiltrating into higher learning institutions in Xinjiang in the forms of the financial help to the poor and the needy, donations to schools, psychotherapy and comfort. This results from the new international and domestic changes to some degree, the relatively loose social environment emerged in the process of implementing the ＂freedom of religious belief＂, and the faith fluctuations in the students when they cannot solve practical problems because of the comfort function of the religion. To prevent and fight against infiltrations, efforts must be made to strengthen the systems to effectively prevent and manage religious infiltrations, to strengthen internet monitoring and do up websites, to strengthen grassroots development of CPC and CYL units to bring into full play their role of being fighters＇ stronghold, and to actively develop ideological education and practice activities.
