摘　　要：文章通过对新疆高等教育经费投入的现状分析,梳理总结出跨越式发展下新疆高等教育投入所面临的机遇与挑战,从而提出促进新疆高等教育事业发展的政策建议。主要是:一、在确保政府投入的同时,建全多元化投资机制;二、调整高等教育投入比重,优化教育投入结构;三、调整高校专业布局,优化人才培养结构;四、建立健全高校人才机制,吸引人才、留住人才。The implementation of the great-leap-forward development strategy brought about unprecedented historical opportunities and challenges to Xinjiang higher education investment. Based on the analysis of the present investment in Xinjiang higher education, this paper put forward suggestions for promoting the development of Xinjiang higher education： set up a multiple investment mechanism while ensuring the government investment, adjust the investment ratio to optimalize investment structure, adjust discipline layout to optimalize professional training structure, and set up or perfect talent attraction mechanism.
