摘  要:针对以往冷轧生产过程中由于不配置凸度仪而无法对成品断面特性进行直观动态显示与定量控制的问题,经过大量的现场试验和理论研究,以普通4辊冷连轧机组为研究对象,综合考虑到冷连轧生产过程的设备与工艺特点,充分利用上游热连轧机组出口凸度仪对断面形状所测的来料数据与冷连轧机组一级系统所提供的实际轧制压力、张力、弯辊力、倾辊量等实时轧制工艺参数,结合冷轧机组带材板厚分布机制模型,提出了一套完整的虚拟凸度仪设计及其断面特性反馈控制技术,不但可以实现冷轧成品断面形状的动态显示与楔形量、板凸度等断面特性参数的动态预报,而且可以对冷轧过程中带材的断面特性进行有效的反馈控制,大大提高了实际生产中冷轧成品带钢的断面质量,值得进一步推广应用。The general cold rolling mill cannot dynamical display and quantitative control the section properties of strip due to lack of profile gaugemeter. To this problem, through a large number of field trials and theoretical studies, taking the general four-roll cold roiling unit as research object, comprehensive considered the equipment and process characteristics in tandem cold rolling process, based on the strip thickness distribution mechanism model of tandem cold roiling, a whole set of design method for the virtual profile gaugemeter and the feedback control technology for section properties was put forward. It make full use of incoming materigs section configura- tion data which come from the profile gaugemeter of hot rolling unit, and the real-time rolling process parameters, such as rolling force, tension, roll bending force and roll tilt amount, which come from the level 1 of tandem cold rolling unit. It can not only dynamical display the section configuration of cold rolled product and dynamic forecast the wedge quantity and plate crown, but also feedback control the section properties of strip. The section quality of cold rolled steel strip product was greatly improved. This technology should be used widely.
