摘 要:阐述了铸态高强韧球墨铸铁的生产过程,分析了常规球化剂FeSiMg8RE3和低镁球化剂FeSiMg6RE2对铸态高强韧球墨铸铁的影响。实验结果表明:在化学成分、原材料、熔炼、炉前处理等工艺不变的情况下,采用低镁球化剂可以生产铸态高强韧球墨铸铁,可获得较好的球化级别,而且生产工艺稳定、可靠,质量高、成本低,力学性能达到和超过国家标准。The production process of as-cast high strength and toughness ductile iron was minly reviewed, and the effect of the conventional nodulizer and the low-Mg-nodulizer on as-cast high strength and toughness ductile iron was analyzed. The result shows that as-cast high strength and toughness ductile iron has been produced by adop- ting low-Mg-nodulizer with better nodularization grade and high mechanical properties which are equal or larger than the national standard under the constant condition of the chemical composition, raw materials, smelting and the preconditioning of the furnace etc.
