摘 要:为了综合利用不同工艺处理过的转炉钢渣,以酒钢三种不同处理工艺的钢渣为原料,采用半定量全分析和多项化学分析方法确定钢渣化学成分,利用X衍射、光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪测定对3种钢渣的物相和铁物相进行对比分析,并对钢渣的粒度、抗压强度、和磨矿细度进行了测定分析。通过对3种钢渣的综合分析得出:热泼渣需进一步陈化后再利用,热焖渣可用于建筑、建材和道路工程行业,滚筒渣可用于建筑、建材和水泥行业。In order to utilize the converter slag processed by different kinds of technological processes comprehensively, the test were conducted on converter steel slag of Jiugang processed by three kinds of technological processes as raw materials. The chemical composition of steel slag were determined by semiquantitative spectroscopic analysis and numbers of chemical analysis methods. The phases of three kinds of steel slag and iron were analyzed comparative- ly by X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS), and the grain size, compressive strength, and grinding fineness of the slag were also ana- lyzed. The result show that: the hot splashed slag could be reused after further aging, the hot braised slag can be used in construction, building materials and road engineering industry, the rotary cylinder slag can be used in con- struction, building materials and cement industry.
