摘　　要：针对目前二维动态配水模型的不足,中冶连铸自主研发了新一代的三维二冷配水系统。介绍了该系统的特点、原理和验证方法。并针对中厚板铸坯出现的质量问题,上线应用该系统,对设备、工艺参数等进行优化,制定合理的配水方案,改进设备、工艺参数,使得铸坯质量获得明显提升。In this paper the property, theory and applications of a new 3D secondary cooling model are introduced, and the computation and analysis based on the slab casting machines of tanggang is the focus. The quality of continu- ous-casting is improved significantly by optimizing the equipment and process parameters, and making reasonable plan.
