摘  要:通过优化LF炉渣系VD和LF炉的吹氩制度以及连铸的工艺参数,有效地提高了钢水的纯净度和板坯质量。优化后钢水中的w[P]〈0.015%;w[s]〈0.003%,w[v]〈4×10^-6;w[H]1.5×10^-6;w[N]40×10^-6;板坯的中心偏析和疏松均为C类1.0级,钢板中心偏析和疏松均为c类1.0级;特厚钢板(80-120mm)平均探伤合格率提高了3.2个百分点,探伤合格率最高达到了99.5%。In order to improve the qualification ratio for ultrasonic testing quality of extra-thickness plate, the cleanli- ness of the liquid steel and quality of the slab are effectively improved by optimizing the LF refining slag series, the argon bubbling schedule of VD and LF furnace and the processing parameters of continuous casting. The results show that : after optimizing, w[P]〈0.015%;w[s]〈0.003%,w[v]〈4×10^-6;w[H]1.5×10^-6;w[N]40×10^-6. The C center segregation and C central porosity were 1.0 and 0.5 for slab and steel plate, respectively. The average qual- ification ratio of ultrasonic flaw detection was increased by 3.2%, and the highest qualification ratio of ultrasonic flaw detection went up to 99.5%.
