摘　　要：介绍了包钢新建的一台3机3流异型坯兼容大方坯连铸机的工艺参数与技术装备特点,包括180t钢包回转台、90t高低腿式中间罐车、弧形板式结晶器、DYNAFLEX液压振动装置、扇形段、拉矫机、火切机、钩钢机等,为同类连铸机的建设提供了参考和借鉴。This paper, introduced the technological parameters and equipment features of Baogang newly-built 3 strand net-shape beam blank and bloom compatible caster, including 180 t ladle turret, 90 t semi-gantry tundish car, arc plate-type mold, DYNAFLEX hydraulic oscillation, segment, withdrawal units ＆ exchange equipment, torch cutting machine and cross transfer manipulator, giving a reference to other analogical caster.
