摘 要:针对国产GH536合金箔材成形性能差的问题,对国产材料和美国材料从化学成分、力学性能、织构分析、XRD分析、显微组织等方面进行了对比研究。结果表明:国产材料塑性较低而强度较高,必须通过成分控制和工艺控制,来改善国产材料的力学性能,提高箔材的塑性指标和增强抗压的能力。另外,减少和控制碳化物的数量,有利于控制和改善箔材的织构类型和程度,可以形成有利的再结晶织构,进而提高国产GH536合金箔料的冲压成形性能。The works of this paper are performed on account of the problems of poor formability of domestic GH536 alloy foil. The domestic materials and the America materials were studied from the chemical composition, mechanical properties, texture analysis, XRD analysis, microstructure and so on. The results show that the elongation of domestic material is lower while the tensile strength is higher. The mechanical properties of domestic materials should be improved by means of the control of composition and processing so as to enhance the elongation and compressive capacity of domestic materials. In addition, the type and degree of foil texture is improved through reduction and control of carbide quantity. It can form advantageous recrystallization texture and enhance the formability of the domestic GH536 alloy foil.
