吐哈油田恶性井漏堵漏技术研究与应用

摘　　要：在吐哈油田三塘湖区块条湖凹陷以及玉北区块表层钻井过程中,恶性井漏频繁发生。针对恶性漏失,将高吸水膨胀材料和各种变形材料结合,利用架桥作用和吸水材料的膨胀特性,对不同漏失情况进行堵漏剂配方研究,研发了一种高效复合延迟膨胀堵漏剂,并形成了一套针对不同尺寸裂缝漏失的高效延迟膨胀堵漏技术。该技术在条29井、湖40-121井和玉北3井进行了现场应用,取得了良好的堵漏效果。In surface drilling in Tuha Oilfield of Santanghu Block and Block Yubei in Tiaohu Sag,lost circulation happens frequently,it costs a lot of time.For vicious lost circulations,combination of materials and all kinds of high water absorption expansion deformation materials,bridging function and the expansion of the water absorbing materials are used,for research of different leakage plugging agent formulations,it develops a highly efficient composite delay expansion plugging agent and forms a set of efficient delay expansion plugging technologies for different sizes of leakages.Forfield application in Well T29,Well T29H40-121and Well Yubei 3,good plugging effect is achieved.
