摘　　要：目的：了解我国育龄青年志愿者对女用安全套的知晓情况,并分析其影响因素.方法：2012年9月,采用整群抽样的方法,在南京、青岛、西安等城市的“你我健康服务中心”,通过自制调查表对育龄青年志愿者进行女用安全套知晓情况调查.采用SPSS软件进行分析.结果：共调查332人,收回有效问卷332份.调查对象对女用安全套总知晓率为48.8％.多因素logistic回归分析结果显示：地区、职业分类、婚恋现状及平均每周性行为次数是调查对象女用安全套知晓率可能的影响因素（P均＜0.05）.其中,OR青t岛＆南京=2.600,OR西安＆南京=6.627;OR自领＆学生=0.284,OR打工者及服务人员＆学生=0.451;OR交往中或同居＆单身=0.327,OR已婚＆单身=0.282;OR性行为≥3次/周＆0～2次/周=1.944.结论：女用安全套的社会知晓率不高,有必要在适宜人群中加强宣传、提高其知晓率,促进女用安全套的普及率,为降低非意愿妊娠及降低性传播疾病提供有效的选择措施.Objective：To describe the currently awareness of woman＇s condom among Chinese young volunteers and to explore the related influence factors.Methods：In September 2012,an epidemiological survey on the awareness rate of woman＇s condom was conducted among the young volunteers of childbearing age sampled by cluster sampling in Nanjing,Qingdao and Xi＇an Cities with a self-made questionnaire.SPSS was used to analyze data.Results：A total of 332 eligible young volunteers were recruited and 332 valid questionnaires were recovered.The awareness rate of woman＇s condom among the respondents was 48.8 ％.After multi-variables adjustment,areas,occupational categories,marital status and the number of sexual behaviour per week were the potential influence factors of the awareness of woman＇s condom among the respondents in this study （Pall ＜ 0.05）.According to the results,ORQingdao vs.Nanjing =2.600,ORx（i）an vs.Naniing =6.627 ; ORwhite collars vS dents =0.284,ORwork a servi kers vS aents =0.451 ; OR ication /cohabitation vS.single =0.327,ORmarried vS.single =0.282; and OR ≥3 vs.0-2 ti f l behaviour/week =1.944.Conclusion：A low rate of awareness of woman＇s condom is found.Related health education and awareness rate as well as the use of woman＇s condom should be improved,in order to supply an effective method to prevent sexually transmitted diseases and reduce unwanted pregnancy.
