摘　　要：文章根据语言形式变体的不同将语言障碍分为言语障碍和书面语障碍,并提出建设语言残障人群语言能力描述语词库,以及制定语言残障人群语言能力量表的设想。这一研究可以为语言残障人群语言能力的诊断、康复或提升提供参考和指南,有利于实现语言残障人群与主流社会共融的目的。Based on the different variants of language form, the paper classifies the language dis- orders into speech disorders and written language disorders, and then proposes research presumptions on developing corpus of descriptors of language ability and creating scales of language ability in LDIs. This study serves as references to the diagnosis, rehabilitation or promotion of language ability in LDIs, and helpful to carry out the society co-enrolment between the LDIs and the main stream.
