摘　　要：ISO 90 80是测定塑料压力管长期寿命 -长期强度性能的关键。ISO 90 80由含有1a以上试验时间的大量静液压破坏试验数据 ,用统计外推法得到各种温度T、破坏时间t、存活率 97.5 %的环应力σLPL。由 2 0℃、5 0a的σLPL除以总使用系数C得到2 0℃保证 5 0a使用寿命条件下的设计应力σD。按照这一设计应力σD 使用 ,通常可以保证 5 0a使用寿命。ISO 9080 takes a decisive part in determining long term life and long term strength properties of plastics pressure pipes. In ISO 9080, σ LPL , hoop stress corresponding to 97.5 % survival probability at temperature T and fracture time t is obtained by statistical extrapolation method from a large number of hydrostatic rupture experimental data,some of which must take at least 1 year. The design stress σ D urder predetermination of 50 year long term life at 20 ℃ can be obtained by dividing σ LPL at 20 ℃ and 50 year with overall design factor C.Piping systems under design stress σ D will last 50 year service life in general.
