摘　　要："局外人"现象是科学与价值关系的争论的延续,它反映了科学在社会系统中的广泛联系被割离的实质,并引发了宏观层次上的矛盾。价值是关系范畴,需要在开放与动态的系统框架中分析科学活动的价值关系。原子式地分离,摈弃了自由的有机性,在科学显著的系统性中凸显矛盾,尤其是在科学的能力与责任上的落差。系统性也指示了解决问题的路径:基于现实的自由之上,多元核心的拓扑实现科学从控制到互维的转向;在整体层面,复杂系统的重点在于促进社会系统的稳健性;而稳健性的实现需要开放性的交互。The phenomenon of 'outsiders',as an extension of the debate over the relationship between science and value,reflects the disconnection between science and social systems and therefore creates conflicts in macro levels.As value falls under the category of relation,the relations of the value of scientific activities need to be analyzed within an open and dynamic system framework.Systematicness indicates the problem-solving path:the reality of freedom and multi-core topology can help make the turn from control to correlations;in the overall level,the priority of complex system should be given to the robustness of social system;the robustness requires an open interaction.
