批驳日本针对钓鱼岛列岛问题“三个真实”论据之错误性

摘　　要：日本为进一步强化其对钓鱼岛列岛的主权"宣示",日本外务省发布了针对钓鱼岛列岛问题"三个真实"的文件,并提出了具体的"论据",以体现日本政府"国有化"钓鱼岛的"合理性和合法性"。本文结合历史事实和国际法,重点批驳了此文件论据的错误性,分析了"国有化"钓鱼岛的原因及效果,以及解决钓鱼岛列岛问题的路径。特别指出,日本应尊重历史,信守诺言,维护战后的国际秩序,尽快回到双边谈判解决钓鱼岛问题上来。日本继续以邻为敌,四处争岛,只能是自食苦果。In order to strengthen Japan＇ s claim of sovereignty over Diaoyu Islands and make it known to international society, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan prom Islands＂ and presented specific ＂arguments＂ to show the ulgated a document named ＂Three Truths on Diaoyu reasonableness and legitimacy of nationalization of Diaoyu Islands by Japanese government. This paper, according to historical facts and international law, focuses on pointing out mistakes of such arguments in the above-mentioned document, analyzes the reasons and effects of nationalization of Diaoyu Islands and also the solutions to the problems, especially highlighting that in particu- lar, Japan should respect the history, keep their promise to maintain the post-war international order, and get back to bilateral negotiations in order to solve Diaoyu lslands＇ issue. That Japan continues to make enemies is liable to retribution.
