摘　　要："台日渔业协议"的签署,有其复杂的历史与现实背景。台湾当局与日本之间自1996年开始的渔业会谈是其最重要的历史背景。自2010年以来围绕钓鱼岛争议而展开的中国大陆、台湾与日本之间的三方博弈,则是该协议得以签署的现实背景。从该协议的具体内容来看,台当局确有"以主权换渔权"之嫌,但对此我们应客观、冷静地看待。该协议的签署,将对台湾岛内政治生态、两岸关系、两岸各自与日本的关系及东海划界争议产生复杂影响。The fishery talks between Taiwan and Japan since 1996 are the fundamental historical background for ＂Taiwan-Japan Fishery Deal＂ signed on April 10, 2013. Meanwhile, the trilateral games between China mainland, Taiwan and Japan centering on Diaoyu Islands＇ dispute since 2010 are the highlighted practical contexts for the deal. Although the Taiwan authorities are suspected of discounting Chinese sovereignty over Diaoyu Islands for fishing rights in the deal, we are required to keep a kind of objective and sober manner toward it. The deal will cause complicated effects on Taiwan＇ s internal politics, the relations among China mainland,Tai- wan and Japan, and the issue of delimitation of the East China Sea.
