摘　　要：总结了3000例前弹力层下的准分子激光角膜磨镶手术患者(SBK)围手术期护理要点及手术配合,包括术前检查,术前指导,术中手术配合及术后术眼的护理和健康指导。认为充分的手术室准备、严格的无菌操作管理、熟练的手术配合技巧是保证手术顺利的重要因素,与此同时围手术期的护理和详细的健康宣教是保证治疗效果的重要举措,术前的心理评估及干预是提高手术质量的关键。Summarized perioperative nursing methods of 3000 patients who accepted sub-bowman keratomileusis under the bowman＇s membrane.Included test and education pre-operation,cooperated with surgeon during the operation,nursing care of eyes and health edu- cation. We found that well preparation, strict aseptic operation management, good operation coordination skills are important factors for successful operation, perioperative nursing and detailed health education are very important, psychological assessment and intervention is the key to improve the quality of operation.
