摘 要:目的:探讨循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)在超声诊断学临床教学中的应用价值。方法:选择2008级医学影像学系五年制本科实习学生80人,随机分为EBM组和对照组,每组40人;2组学生的教学总课时、大小课比例均相等。对照组采用以教师为中心的传统式教学方法,EBM组采用以问题为中心的EBM教学方法。结果:对照组和EBM组的理论测试成绩分别为(84.41±4.17)分和(85.34±4.05)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);文献检索成绩分别为(76.01±6.79)分和(92.24±4.67)分,阅片考试成绩分别为(74.98±9.67)分和(82.91±3.81)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:超声诊断学临床教学中引入EBM效果较好,可以提高学生的文献检索能力和阅片能力。Objective:To investigate the application value of evidence based medicine(EBM) in clinical teaching of ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods..A total of 80 five-year-old medical students whose major was medical imaging were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and EBM group. Both groups shared the same teaching hours and teaching contents. The students in the control group were taught with the teacher-centered traditional teaching methods and the students in EBM group were taught with the problem-centered EBM teaching methods. Results: The average course exam scores, in the control group and EBM group were 84.41 ± 4.17 and 85.34 ± 4.05, respectively. There was no significant difference(P〉0.05). Literature review score was 76.01 ± 6.79 in the control group and 92.24 ± 4.67 in EBM group, and film reading score was 74.98± 9.67 in the control group and 82.91 ± 3.81 in EBM group. There were significant differences in film reading score and literature review score between EBM group and the control group( P〈0.01 ). Conclusions: Application of EBM in clinical teaching of ultrasonic diagnosis is effective and can promote medical students' ability for literature reviewing and film reading.
