摘　　要：介绍了我国大学生思想政治教育管理的主流模式,分析了大学生思想政治教育管理模式面临的挑战,指出高校应构建刚柔并济的大学生思想政治教育管理模式,建立多层次、立体化的实施体系,以推动我国大学生思想政治教育管理模式向纵深方向发展。This paper introduces the mainstream model of the management for university students＇ ideological and political education in China, analyzes some challenges faced by the management model for university students＇ ideological and political education, and points out that university should construct a flexible management model for university students＇ ideological and political education, and establish a multi-level and three-dimensional implementation system for promoting the deep development of the management model for university students＇ ideological and political education.
