摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理对胸外科术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法采用抛币法将148例胸外科手术患者随机分为对照组75例和观察组73例，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组接受舒适护理，比较两组患者手术前后睡眠质量。结果术后1周观察组患者PSQI评分为（6．26±2．35）分，对照组为（10．29±3．28）分，两组睡眠质量比较差异有统计学意义（t=8．5726，P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理能改善胸外科术后患者睡眠质量，有助于促进患者康复，提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of comfort care on sleep quality of patients after thoracic surgery. Methods A total of 148 patients after thoracic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group （73 eases） and the control group （75 cases）. The observation group received comfort care while the control group was given traditional methods. Sleep quality was compared between two groups before and after the surgery. Results PSQI score after a week was （6. 26± 2. 35 ） in the observation group and （ 10. 29 ± 3.28 ） in the control group, with statistically significant difference （ t = 8. 572 6, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Comfort care can improve sleep quality of patients after thoracic surgery, promote their recovery and nursing quality.
