电针治疗功能性消化不良远期疗效的临床观察与评价

摘　　要：目的:通过电针治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效观察和各量表积分的变化,与针刺非经非穴比较,探讨经穴效应的特异性基本规律及远期疗效差异。方法:将71例功能性消化不良的病人随机分到治疗组(A组)35例、非经非穴组(B组)36例。两组均每日针刺1次,每次30 min,5天为1个疗程,疗程中间休息2天,总共治疗4个疗程(4周)。分别于治疗前、治疗完成、治疗结束后1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月、5个月等7个观察时点让受试者填写利兹消化不良调查问卷(LDQ)评分。结果:与B组比较,A组在治疗4周结束时,1个月随访时,2个月随访时,3个月随访时,4个月随访时,5个月随访时,LDQ评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗功能性消化不良远期疗效确切,经穴效应具有特异性。Objective：Through the observation of acupuncture treatment for functional dyspepsia （functional dyspepsia FD） the clinical curative effect and the scale score changes and acupuncture non points, to explore the differences between the basic laws and the long- term curative effect. Methods：71 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the treatment group （A group）with 35 patients and non acupoint group with 36 cases. The two groups were acupuncture one time a day, every time 30 minutes, five days was as one treatment course, the middle two days off, a total of four courses of treatment （four weeks）. Respectively, be- fore treatment, after treatment, after treatment for one month, two months, three months, four months, five months, these were seven observation points and ask subjects to fill out Leeds dyspepsia questionnaire （LDQ） score. Results：Compared with B group, A group in the treatment at the end of the fourth weeks, one month, two months, three months, four months, five months of follow - up, the LDQ score had significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture is safe and effective for treating functional dyspepsia, and the effect of acupoint has specificity.
