桂枝茯苓贴膏剂脐中穴给药的镇痛、抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝茯苓贴膏剂脐中穴给药治疗痛经的有效性。方法:选择脐中穴为给药部位,考察桂枝茯苓贴膏剂脐中穴贴敷对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应、热板刺激疼痛和对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,桂枝茯苓贴膏剂脐中穴贴敷中剂量组、高剂量组均有显著的镇痛和抗炎作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),元胡止痛片有显著的镇痛作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),但抗炎作用无显著性差异;与非穴位组比较,桂枝茯苓贴膏剂脐中穴贴敷高剂量组对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应、热板刺激疼痛作用均有显著性差异(P<0.05),对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和其他各组虽无显著性差异,但都呈一定作用增强趋势。结论:桂枝茯苓贴膏剂脐中穴贴敷给药具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用,优于非穴位给药。Objective：Objective： To explore the validity of Guizhi Fuling Paste in the treatment of dysmenor- rhoea by umbilical point to application drug delivery. Methods：Select the umbilical acupuncture point for drug delivery, Guizhi Fuling Paste extract umbilical acupuncture point to application with acetic acid led to mice body torsion, hot plate pain stimulus and ear swelling induced by xylene were investigated. Results：Compared with blank control group, umbilical acupuncture point stuck in both medium dose group and high dose group had sig- nificant analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, tablets of Corydalis tuber for allevia- ting pain had significant analgesic action （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ）, but no significant differences in anti -in- flammatory effects. Compared with non - acupoint group, umbilical acupuncture point was applied in high dose group of the body torsion induced by acetic acid and hot plate pain stimulation effect had a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The mice ear swelling induced by xylene and other groups, although there were no significant differences,it took on strengthening trend. Conclusion：Guizhi Fuling Paste with umbilical acupuncture point to application has a significantly analgesic and anti - inflammatory effect, which is better than that of non acupoint.
