摘 要:海洋油气开发正成为油气开采领域的热点,但是随之而来的技术难题限制了其进一步发展,其中气-液分离问题尤为突出。紧凑型内联脱液器因其能够提高气-液分离效率,解决分离装置中液体过载和海上平台空间受限等问题,以及适应于深水或超深水油气开发等优点,正倍受关注并飞速发展。在阐述紧凑型内联脱液器研发历程的基础上,介绍了其结构、工作原理及相关试验研究和应用,以期为国内相关人员自主研发紧凑型气-液分离技术提供参考。Offshore oil and gas development is the hot issue in the field of oil and gas exploration, but the attendant technical problems limit its further development, especially in the gas-liquid separation problem . The compact inline deliquidiser is paid great attention and develops rapidly for its excellent characteristics, such as high gas-liquid separation efficiency, solving the problems of fluid overload and offshore space limiting, fitting for deep or ultra deep water oil and gas exploitation. The configuration and principle of compact inline deliquidiser is introduced in this paper, as well as its development history, concerned tests and engineering applications, which provide the reference for domestic researchers in independent development of the compact gas-liquid separation technology
