摘 要:为了研究利用FeAl膜过滤材料净化处理冶炼炉高温烟气的可行性,用新型FeAl膜过滤材料制作成烟气过滤净化装置,实验模拟了高温烟气过滤净化过程。在不同工况下进行测试,根据测得的实验数据,计算出过滤效率。实验结果表明,FeAl膜过滤材料制作成烟气过滤净化装置用于冶炼炉的高温烟气过滤不仅是可行的,同时因为简化了原有的工艺流程,减少了设备投入费用,而且过滤效率高,运行稳定可靠,具有广阔的市场前景,有非常显著经济效益和社会效益。In order to study the feasibility of treating high temperature flue gas of smelting furnace using FeAl membrane filtration material, new type of FeAl membrane filtration and purification equipment was made to simulating the high temperature flue gas purifying process. Tests were conducted under different conditions and filtration efficiency was calculated according to the measured experimental date. The results showed that it was feasible to treat high temperature flue gas using FeA1 membrane filtration and purification device, it also had the advantages of simplifying the technological process, reducing equipment cost, gaining high filtration efficiency and running stably. In summary, this technique had a broad market prospect and hadvery significant economic and social benefits.
