摘 要:分别通过观察法、TTC法、联苯胺-过氧化氢法,比较自然模式和罩网模式下紫藤的开花特性、花粉活力和柱头可授性.结果表明:自然模式下,单花花期3~4d,花粉寿命约3d,最高花粉活力在开花后第2天,达60%,每天上午11:30左右,花粉活力有明显的下降趋势,介于10%~ 30%之间;柱头可授性在开花头2天最强;结实率为93.6%.罩网模式下,单花花期6~7d,花粉寿命约7d,最高花粉活力在开花后第1天,达80%,花后的前4天花粉活力维持在50%以上,第5天开始活力下降;柱头在开花的前4天一直处于强可授性状态;结实率为8.2%.从而可知,访花昆虫是影响紫藤花期长短、花粉活力和柱头可授性持续时间的重要因素,也是影响其有性生殖的关键因素.Blossom dynamic, pollen viability and stigma receptivity of natural and bagging modes were compared by methods of observati testing. Under natural condition, the life spans of single flower and on po Wisteria sinensis Sweet under , TTC and benzidine- H2O2 llen were about 3-4 d and 3 d, respectively. The highest pollen viability appeared at the second day after blooming, about 60%. Pollen viability decreased to 10%-30% at 11:30 daily. And at the first two days of anthesis, the stigma had strong receptivity. Under bagging condition, the single flower life span lasted approximately 6-7 d. Pollen life span was about 7 d. More than 50% pollens had viability at the beginning four days after flowering, and pollen viability exceeded 80% at the first day. Moreover, we included that the stigma receptivity was always strong in the first four days of anthesis. The seed setting rate in natural mode was significant higher than bagging mode, 93. 6% and 8. 2%, respectively. Blossom dynamic, pollen viability and stigma receptivity of W. sinensis Sweet were influenced by visit insects which was a key factor to affect the sexual reproduction of W. sinensis Sweet.
