摘　　要：目的:评价湖南省三县农村居民卫生服务利用的公平性。方法:利用集中指数评价不同收入组农民卫生服务利用的公平性。结果:居民两周患病情况分布的集中指数为-0.042 9;两周患病医疗服务利用的集中指数为-0.057 5,患病未就诊的比例下降明显;住院服务利用的集中指数为-0.002 2;年医疗费用支出占年消费性支出比例的集中指数为-0.121 8。结论:居民健康状况、两周患病就诊服务利用情况、年住院服务利用情况在不同收入组居民中的分布公平性较高,年医疗费用支出占年消费性支出的比例公平性较低,需进一步完善新农合支付制度,促进参合农民合理利用卫生服务。Objective To evaluate the equity of residents＇ medical services utilization in 3 counties of Hunan Province. Methods Concentration indexes were adopted to evaluate the equity among residents assigned in different income groups. Results The concentration indexes of two-- week prevalence and two-- week medical services utilization were -- 0. 042 9 and --0. 057 5, respectively. The rate of patients who did not consult a doctor decreased remarkably. The con- centration indexes of inpatient services utilization and the ratio of annual medical expenses to annual consumption ex- penditure were --0. 002 2 and -- 0. 121 8, respectively. Conclusions Residents＇ health status, utilization of two-- week medical services and annual inpatient services are equal relatively, while the ratio of annual medical expenses to annual consumption expenditure is not equal enough. It is necessary to reform the NRCMS compensation system and help resi- dents use medical services rationally.
