摘　　要：采用乳液聚合方法，添加功能性单体甲基丙烯酸2，2，2-三氟乙酯，制备一种功能性丙烯酸树脂黏合剂；研究单体配比、乳化剂用量、聚合温度等因素对乳液性能的影响。功能性丙烯酸酯制备的优化工艺为单体用量15％，引发剂用量0．8％，乳化剂非离子型脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚XL．90用量为5．0％，聚合温度70～75℃，滴加时间2．5h。以功能性丙烯酸树脂为黏合剂制成涂层胶，对织物进行整理，涂层工艺为轧光（100MPa，90～100℃）→涂层→预烘（130℃，1min）→焙烘（170℃，1．5min），整理后织物具有防水、防油、抗静电、抗茵等一系列耐久功能性。Using emulsion polymerization method and 2,2,2 - trifluoroethyl methacrylate as functional monomer, a kind of func tional acrylic resin adhesive is prepared. The influences of monomer ratio, emulsifier dosage, polymerization temperature on e mulsion performance are researched. The optimum process of functional acrylate preparation is monomer 15%,initiator 0.8%,emulsifier XL-90 5.0%,polymerization temperature 70 ～ 75 ℃, feeding time 2.5 h. The coating process is calendering （ I00 MPa, 90～ 100 ℃）→coating→,pre-drying （ 130 ℃, 1 min）→,curing （ 170 ℃, 1.5 min） with functional acrylic resin as binder. The finished fabric features water and oil-repellent, anti-static and anti-bacterial properties.
