摘 要:对较大直径倾斜光滑圆管内蒸汽凝结换热特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,Shah、Würfel和Akhavan-Behabadi关联式应用于较大管径倾斜管道的凝结换热误差均大于30%,但Akhavan-Behabadi关联式的误差相对较小;对Akhavan-Behabadi关联式进行修正得到了1个新的实验关联式,将该实验关联式应用于较大管径倾斜管道的凝结换热,其误差小于15%。因此,修正后的凝结换热关联式适用于较大管径的倾斜换热管道凝结换热。The heat transfer of steam condensation in an inclined tube with relatively large diameter was experimentally investigated. Moreover,the test data were analyzed to obtain a suitable experimental correlation. The results showed that, the deviations of heat transfer coefficients between the experimental data and the calculation results according to correlations such as Shah correlation,Wurfel correlation and Akhavan-Behabadi correlation were all larger than 30%, while among which the error between the test data and calculation results by the Akhavan-Behabadi correlation was the lowest. On the basis of the Akhavan-Behabadi correlation,a new correlation was presented and applied to condensation heat transfer calculation in an inclined tube with relatively large diameter. Results showed this new correlation was more accurate, of which the heat transfer error was less than 15%.
