摘 要:针对火电厂耗水量大、节水困难等问题,提出了采用中空纤维复合膜法捕集锅炉烟气中的水蒸气并进行回收利用的节水新思路。选择SPEEK涂覆于PES表面,提出了SPEEK/PES复合膜的制作工艺。通过TG/DSC等热分析及对氮气/水蒸气的吸附实验测定膜的性能。结果表明:所制备复合膜具有良好的耐热性,并且随着SPEEK磺化度的提高,复合膜对水的吸附性能逐渐增强,表明该复合膜可适用于火电厂烟气中水蒸气的捕集。To solve the problems of large water consumption and overcome the difficulties in water saving in thermal power plants,a new idea of recycling water vapor from flue gas by using hollow fiber composite membranes was proposed. The SPEEK was sprayed on to the PES surface,and the production process of the SPEEK/PES hollow fiber composite membrane was presented. Via the TG/DSC analysis and nitrogen/water vapor adsorption test, the membrane's properties were investigated. The results show that, this kind of composite membrane performs well in heat resistance, and its adsorption ability for water enhanced with an increase in the SPEEK's sulfonation degree, indicating this membrane is suitable for trapping water vapor from flue gas in thermal power plants.
