摘 要:在某垃圾焚烧发电厂的高压蒸汽空气预热器疏水母管管径的设计选择中发现,高压疏水在管道中存在着汽化扩容降压的过程,指出达西公式不适用于计算高压疏水管道的允许比压降,提出高压蒸汽空气预热器疏水母管管径设计选择时应同时满足该管道流通体积与汽化扩容体积比值为1.0~1.5及母管内湿蒸汽流速为15~25m/s2个条件后,所选择的母管管径方可适用。Evaporation, volume expansion and pressure drop will occur during the high pressure drainage water flowing inside pipelines of a waste incineration power plant. On the basis of experiences on waste to power,the authors pointed out the Darcy's equation was not fit for calculating the allowed specific pressure drop in the high pressure drainage water pipeline. Thus, they proposed that, during the diameter design for the main drainage pipe, two conditions should be simultaneously controlled. One was the ratio of the pipeline flow volume to the evaporation expansion volume should be within the range from 1 to 1.5, the other was the flow rate of wet steam in the main pipe should be within the range from 15 m/s to 25 m/s.
