摘 要:为了研究多工况下异步电机斜槽与谐波特性,以一台Y2-250M-4、55kW笼型异步电机为例,建立了多截面场-路耦合时步有限元计算模型.计算出斜槽不同负载情况下的铁耗,分析了转子斜槽后定转子铁芯典型位置的齿谐波沿轴向分布规律,并研究了斜槽对定转子齿顶区域齿谐波的削弱作用.实验结果表明,谐波铁耗在总损耗中所占的比例随负载的增大而增加;电机采用斜槽时,定转子各部分铁耗沿轴向波动,损耗值沿轴向并无太大差异;斜槽对铁耗的影响随负载的增加而增大.In order to study the skewed slot and harmonic characteristics of asynchronous motor under multiple operating conditions, a calculation model for the field-circuit coupled time-stepping finite element with multi-section was established with taking the Y2-250M-4. 55 kW cage asynchronous motor as an example, and the iron loss under different loads was calculated. In addition, the distribution rule of tooth harmonic along the axial direction in the typical positions for the iron core of both stator and rotor behind the skewed slot of rotor was analyzed, and the weakening effect of skewed slot on the tooth harmonic in the tooth crest regions of both stator and rotor was investigated. The results show that with increasing the load, the proportion of harmonic iron loss in the total loss increases. When the skewed slot is adopted in the motor, the iron loss of both stator and rotor fluctuates along the axial direction, and the loss value exhibits no significant change along the axial direction. With increasing the load, the influence of skewed slot on the iron loss increases.
