摘  要:为了提高螺杆转子螺旋曲面的加工效率和表面加工质量,提出了一种采用砂带千叶轮成型抛光螺杆螺旋曲面的新型工艺方法.砂带千叶轮是一种具有抛光质量好、寿命长、效率高、成本低等优点的异型涂附磨具,为获得千叶轮的几何形状,研究了千叶轮成型抛光运动的原理,建立了千叶轮与螺杆螺旋曲面的数学模型,确定了空间啮合接触线,设计了千叶轮的廓型,给出了千叶轮廓型数据的计算实例,利用三维软件进行了啮合模拟仿真,搭建了简易修整试验装置并完成了对千叶轮的修整加工试验.结果表明:利用砂带千叶轮成型抛光螺杆螺旋曲面具有可行性.To improve the processing efficiency and surface quality of spiral curved surface of screw rotor, a new method for the shaping and polishing of screw spiral curved surface with the abrasive belt flap wheel was proposed. The abrasive belt flap wheel is a special-shaped coated abrasive tool with such advantages as good polishing quality, long life, high efficiency and low cost. To obtain the geometry of flap wheel, the shaping and polishing movement principle of flap wheel was studied. The mathematical models for both flap wheel and screw spiral curved surface were established. In addition, the spatial engagement contact line was determined, and the profile of flap wheel was designed. The calculation example for the profile data of flap wheel was given, and the engagement simulation was performed with three-dimensional software. Moreover, the simple finishing test unit was constructed, and the finishing process test of flap wheel was accomplished. The results indicate that the shaping and polishing of screw spiral curved surface with the abrasive belt flap wheel is feasible.
