摘 要:针对目前国内灭茬刀灭茬效果不佳、功耗较大等问题,为了实现田间玉米根茬的合理滑切,从而有效灭茬、减少功耗的目的,且达到保护性耕作的要求,设计了一种阿基米德螺旋线型灭茬刀,并基于Pro/E创建了三维参数化模型,利用Pro/E与ANSYS的双向参数通道,在ANSYS环境中以灭茬刀结构参数为变量、以最小安全系数、质量为多目标进行了多目标驱动优化,得到了理想结果.在满足工作条件下,优化后的灭茬刀节省材料,减轻质量达16.3%,为同类灭茬刀设计及优化提供了一定的参考和理论依据.In order to solve such problems as poor effect and high energy consumption for current domestic stubble-smashing cutter, an Archimedes spiral stubble-smashing cutter was designed to realize the reasonable sliding cut of corn stubbles on the farm, effectively smash the corn stubbles, reduce the energy consumption and meet the requirements of conservation tillage. A 3D parametric model was established based on Pro/E. With the bidirection parameter channel between Pro/E and ANSYS, the multi-goal driven optimization was performed through taking the structural parameters of stubble-smashing cutter as variables as well as adopting both minimum safety factor and mass as the multi-goal in the ANSYS environment. And thus, the ideal results were obtained. Under the condition of meeting the work requirement, the optimized stubble-smashing cutter can save the material and reduce the mass by 16.3%. Moreover, the present study can provide certain references and theoretical basis for the design and optimization of similar stubble-smashing cutter.
