摘 要:针对国内交通管制语音通信容量急剧增加的问题,为了寻求一种占用带宽更小、语音质量更好的压缩方法,提出了基于稀疏编码的语音压缩方法.给出了具体的推导过程,并将其与传统的语音压缩方法进行分析对比.通过对编码前后语音质量的评价与仿真可以看出,经稀疏编码法编解码前后的语音相似度较高,且具有语音质量高、传输比特率低、延时短和复杂度低等优势,符合民航卫星窄带传输的要求,保障了空中交通安全.Aiming at the problems that the domestic traffic control voice communication capacity has dramatically increased, a voice compression method based on sparse code was proposed in order to find out a compression method with narrower bandwidth and better voice quality. The specific derivation process was given, which was compared and analyzed with the traditional voice compression methods. Through evaluating and simulating the voice quality before and after coding, it is noted that the voice similarity is higher before and after coding and decoding with the proposed method bases on the sparse code. Moreover, the proposed method has such advantages as high voice quality, low transmission bit rate, short delay and low complexity, which can better meet the requirement of narrowband transmission for the air traffic satellite and ensure the safety of air traffic.
