摘　　要：对于交通运输行业而言，2014年正可谓改革之年。抛开投资金额、通车里程、客货运量等传统“数字”思维，2013年城市轨道交通项目可研报告审批权限下放以及出台《关于改革铁路投融资体制加快推进铁路建设的意见》等多项改革措施已经为交通运输行业改革创新打下了良好基础。One of the major tasks in the development of the transportation sector in 2014 is to unswervingly deepen the reforms of the sector and solve the contradiction and problems that hinder the sector's development.
