摘　　要：利用全相对论性多组态Dirac Fock平均能级 (MCDF AL)方法系统地计算了高离化类铍离子 2s2 1S0 -2s2 p1P1(Z =10～ 10 3)跃迁的能级间隔和跃迁几率 ,计算中考虑了重要的核的有限体积效应 ,Breit修正和QED修正 ,所得结果和最近的实验数据及理论计算值进行了比较 ,结果表明 :高原子序数的高荷电离子的跃迁几率明显超过了中性原子的电偶极E1的跃迁几率 ,在ICF和MCF高温激光等离子体中 ,电偶极E1跃迁几率过程相当强烈。A fully relativistic multiconfiguration Dirac Fock method with Breit and QED corrections is used to calculate the 2s 2 1S 0 -2s2p 1P 1(Z=10～103) transition energy level separations and transition probabilities for the Like Be ions. In calculation, we consider significant Breit and QED corrections, the results are in good agreements with recent experimental data and other theoretical values. The results show that the electric dipole transition probabilities of highly ionised atoms are larger 10 4～10 5 than those of neutral atomic E1 transitions and will not be able to ignore in the laser plasma of high temperature in ICF and MCF fusions.
