行蛛网膜下腔麻醉手术患者1000例低血压影响因素分析

摘　　要：2012年2月至2013年2月1000例行蛛网膜下腔麻醉手术患者中,术后发生低血压者173例,logistic回归分析显示患者的身高、体重及输入乳酸格林液或者羟乙基淀粉注射液的回归系数β为负（负相关）,而年龄、是否急诊手术、高血压病、低血压病、心血管病、美国麻醉医师协会分级、镇静药物使用情况、蛛网膜下腔麻醉平面的回归系数β为正（正相关）;建立回归方程的受试者特征曲线下面积为0.905.Theclinicalparametersof1000patientsundergoingspinalaesthesiawererecordedandanalyzed.Hypotensionfulfillingthepredefinedcriteriaoccurredin173patients.Thelogisticregressionanalysisrevealedthattheregressioncoefficientsofheight,weightandamountoffluidinfusionduringanesthesiawerenegativewhilethoseofage,emergencyoperation,hypertension/hypotension,heartdisease,AmericanSocietyofAnesthesiologistsscore,useofsedativedrugsandsensoryblockinglevelofanesthesiapositive.Theareaofreceiveroperatingcharacteristicwas0.905.Thisstudycontributestotheidentificationofpatientswithhighrisksforhypotensionafterspinalinduction.
